Laura De Lange M.Ed.

Institute Director

Laura De Lange is our Institute Director and is central to the instructional design of our programs. More than that, Laura brings high-level input to program creation and an extreme level of wisdom to all we do at the Neuro Change Institute.

After completing her degree in education, Laura was invited to complete her Masters in Philosophy and accepted this on the condition that her focus will be on teaching children philosophy.

Prof. John Bargh

Guest Lecturer

Professor John Bargh is a Professor of Psychology and Cognitive Science at Yale. Prior to that, Professor Bargh was at New York University for 22 years and has just finished his 40th year as a professor.

He was a Guggenheim Fellow and received the distinguished career award from the American Psychological Association; he was inducted into the American Academy of Arts and Sciences in 2011.

Professor Bargh is the author of Before You Know It and over 200 scholarly publications.

Prof. Emeritus Scott Frey

Lecturer

Professor Scott H. Frey is the Miller Family Professor of Cognitive Neuroscience at the University of Missouri, where he directs the Rehabilitation Neuroscience Laboratory.

Professor Frey received his Masters of Education from Harvard University in Human Development and his Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from Cornell University.

Early in his career, he pursued additional training in brain imaging and neurostimulation at Dartmouth College’s Center for Cognitive Neuroscience.

Dr. Yvonne Johnson

Lecturer

Dr. Yvonne Johnson is a dynamic and committed personal development consultant and coach, previously a global learning and development leader.

As a Neuro Change Master Practitioner and lifelong learner, Yvonne is passionate about the Method because of the impact that Practitioners can make in today’s world as individuals seek inspiration and change, and leaders are challenged with improving performance and engaging their teams.

The focus on achieving goals through changing mindsets and the scientific evidence for the Method is incredibly compelling to Yvonne, with her research-based and diverse background.

As a member of the delivery team, Yvonne is inspired and humbled to work with our talented Practitioners in bringing these important concepts to life.

Prof. Lenny Ramsay

Lecturer

Dr. Lenny Ramsay earned her Masters in Cognitive Neuroscience from Utrecht University in the Netherlands and then received her Ph.D. in Neurosciences from Washington University in St Louis, with a thesis focusing on stroke recovery.

She spent a few years working as an assistant professor, teaching neuroscience courses and running a small research lab focusing on attention.

She now works at the University of Arkansas, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion among faculty.

During her Ph.D. years, she became interested in triathlons, and a couple of years later, she started racing as a professional triathlete. She loves racing at the top level and focuses on the full Ironman distance.
